The Chipper has taken action, piloting an advanced tactical combat and acorn collection machine. Armed with missiles, tar dispensers, and deployable saw blades, The Chipper is ready for war.

SKILLS:
Rocket Barrage

The Chipper can fire a small rocket in any direction from the dome on the top of his walker. The rocket will mini-stun, deal damage, and cause Tar to light on fire.

Activation
Deals 85 / 115 / 145 / 180 Magic Damage on impact and stuns for .1 seconds. Gains one charge every 4 seconds. Max of 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 charges.

If the target is covered in Tar by Tar Toss, they will catch on fire and burn for 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 Magic Damage per second per rocket for the rest of the slow.

Each rocket gives 400 day and night clearvision while in flight.

Tar Toss

The Chipper heaves a spoonful of his own special tar solution at the target location. Any enemies hit on impact are slowed and those who take the full force of the hit will find themselves barely able to move.

Activation
Applies Tar Covered to anyone hit for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds. Reduces Attack Speed and Movement Speed based on how close they are to the center upon impact. The closer they are, the more they are slowed.

Maximum is 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% Movement and 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% Attack Speed slow.

FOCUS BUFFER

The Chipper channels the energy of a neutron field into a temporary phase barrier for one of his allies, guarding them against Magic Damage.

SAW BLADE SHOWDOWN

The Chipper is able to communicate with the Chiprels underground, calling upon them to push spinning sawblades out of the ground where he directs them to. Anyone unfortunate enough to be in their sharp path takes significant damage.

Activation
Spawns saws for 8 seconds. Applies Sawblade to any enemy who walks into the spinning blades. Saws destroy trees, obviously. Grants 200 day and night clearvision along the saws while active.
This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.

Staff Effect: Range increased to 1000. Saws apply a strong Movement Speed debuff that tapers off over 4 seconds.

ITEM BUILD:


If you prefer to go on the mid lane, getting bottle of tears is an option. But I rather get runes of blight and a Crow at the beginning of the game. Trying to maintain my distance for a while until I have my own bottle of tears then deliver via my monkey then upgrade it to a flying monkey and use it to guard the runes.
Getting the runes is a must, and use it to gank other lanes.




Basically Chipper is a int. hero and boosting his mana pool is a must. Try to get one of this, and eventually spam your rocket, tartoss and Sawblade for a easy kill!





Chipper is a fragile hero, if you happen to have a massive high damage nuke heroes having a defensive items is a must.

As much as possible I always try to get Storm Spirit as it helps me gank and helps me evade possible life threatening dangers, null stone is also a must get if you happen to have enemy heroes like dw , pyro or and high damage single target ulti's and Portal key is a good item also for it gives you an additional escape utility and ganking potential, try to get one of these items and asses which one is necessary with ghost marchers.

Another useful item that will help you gank and escape is a tablet of command, use this on some possible dangers and possible ganks and void talisman for heroes that rely on their massive melee/range damages.
