Item to use:
Since you will dominate the runes, I recommend buying a bottle at the very start of the game. having this will give you advantage to stock up the runes and use it on the proper time.

1. Terror Form
2. Impalers
3. Impalers
4. Dark Swarm
5. Impalers
6. Hive Mind
7. Terror Form (5 mounds) (Since you will specialize your hero at ganking, making terror form at lvl 2 would definitely give you total laning and ganking control on those 3 sides. Just Place your mounds on a position that is very hard to find will see. Place it strategically.
From level 8-25 is all yours, I always believe that skills, items depends on the very game itself, every game is a new game with new tactics and techniques. I've Just provided a good foundation for you to maximize your skills. There is no absolute truth! A new truth will arise in the game.
Just Remember to put it on a strategical place that hard to see or on a top of a cliff!
